1. Create A New Deduction

Click on Add button to add new Deduction code.

Start Period: Set the start period for this deduction (if any)

End Period: Set the end period for this deduction (if any)

Pay EPF: If this setting is checked, EPF is calculated after the deduction. Pay SOCSO: If this setting is checked, SOCSO is calculated after the deduction. Pay Tax: If this setting is checked, Tax is calculated after the deduction (PCB calculation). Pay HRDF: If this setting is checked, HRDF is calculated after the deduction. *Statutory Setting:

 

 

 

 

 

Formula: Go to formula tab to set the formula (if any). You may set the formula according to your preferences.
