Click on Add button to add new EPF Code.

Maintain EPF code and description.

Rate Type: Select rate type - percentage or amount

                      Percentage: to set EPF rate using percentage format

                      Amount: to set EPF rate fixed by amount

Employee Rate: Employee contribution rate

Employer Rate (<=5000): Employer contribution rate for total wages less than or equal to 5000

Employer Rate (>5000): Employer contribution rate for total wages more than 5000
