Employee Self-Service — AutoCount HRMS
Employees answer their own questions: payslips and EA forms on demand, live leave balances, claim submission with receipts, and attendance requests — in English, Bahasa Melayu or Chinese.
Most of what an HR inbox receives is a request for something the employee could see themselves. Self-service gives them exactly that and nothing more: their own payslips, tax forms, balances, documents and loan position, scoped by the same per-user access rights that govern the rest of the system.
Approvers get the mirror image — what is waiting for them, who is on leave today and tomorrow — so the chain moves without anyone forwarding PDFs.
