AutoCount HRMS — Cloud HR and Payroll Software for Malaysia
AutoCount HRMS runs the employee side of a Malaysian business, from the offer letter to the EA form: employee records, monthly payroll with EPF, SOCSO, EIS and PCB, leave, claims, attendance, approval chains and the statutory submissions that follow — in one place, in the browser, with nothing to install.
It is built by Auto Count Sdn. Bhd. for Malaysian rules specifically, rather than adapted from a system designed for somewhere else. The difference shows up in the details: the SKBBK portion broken out of a SOCSO contribution, a state's own gazetted holidays, the reliefs an employee claims on form TP1 and the effect each has on the month's tax.

What is in it
8 modules, 153 individually permissioned features. Every one of them can be granted or withheld per user and per company, so a payroll clerk, a department head and an employee each see a different system.

In depth:
Malaysian statutory work, kept current
Payroll software here is only as good as its tables. A rate changes, a relief moves in the Budget, a state gazettes a replacement holiday — and every payslip after it is wrong until the software catches up. Ours are published, so you can check them rather than take our word:
- EPF, SOCSO, EIS and PCB on every run, from the contribution schedules themselves rather than an approximation of them — including SKBBK shown separately from the rest of the employee's SOCSO, which is where the arithmetic most often goes wrong. The same bands drive our salary calculator and are published in full, future gazetted steps included, as SOCSO and EIS rate tables.
- Income tax reliefs follow each Budget, and every limit is published year by year so you can see exactly what changed.
- Gazetted public holidays for all 16 states and federal territories, published in English, Malay and Chinese — including which states observe each date, which is the part a national calendar gets wrong.
- Submissions and payments: bank payment files for the major Malaysian banks, LHDN, KWSP and PERKESO formats, and the EA form.
About Auto Count
Auto Count Sdn. Bhd. builds business software for Malaysian companies. Accounting came first, and payroll and HR grew alongside it — which is why AutoCount HRMS can post a completed payroll straight into the ledger instead of leaving someone to key it in twice.
Sitting on both sides of a business, the books and the payroll, is also what makes the statutory detail on this site possible. The reliefs, rates and holiday dates published here are not a brochure written about the product; they are read out of the tables the product runs on.
What we commit to
- We track the law so you do not have to. Contribution schedules and relief limits go in as they are gazetted, ahead of the run that needs them — not after a customer notices a payslip is wrong.
- We publish what we calculate with. The reliefs, holiday dates and contribution bands on this site are read from the same tables the payroll engine uses, not a marketing copy of them. If we get something wrong, it is wrong in public where you can see it.
- Statutory detail, not approximations. Where the rules are awkward — the SKBBK split, state-specific holidays, a category 2 employee's tax rebate — we implement the awkward version, because the approximate one is what produces a wrong payslip.
- Three languages. The product and these reference pages are available in English, Bahasa Melayu and Chinese.
- Your data is yours. Payroll, leave and claim records export to Excel whenever you want them, and the calculators on this site run entirely in your browser — a salary typed into one never reaches us.
Figures on this page describe the service as a whole and are not a performance guarantee. Statutory rates and holiday dates follow LHDN, KWSP, PERKESO and the federal and state gazettes; the pages linked above show what the software calculates with.
Run payroll on the engine behind these pages — AutoCount HRMS calculates EPF, SOCSO, EIS and PCB exactly as published here.
