Monthly payroll with the statutory work done properly: EPF, SOCSO, EIS and PCB calculated from the gazetted schedules themselves, bank payment files for the major Malaysian banks, and the government reports that follow each run.

A run starts from the employee record — salary, recurring allowances and deductions, tax and statutory numbers — adds the month's ad hoc items (overtime, commission, bonus, claims, arrears, CP38), and calculates every contribution the way the schedules do: banded EPF, SOCSO with the SKBBK split, EIS, and the LHDN computerised MTD formula for PCB. First-half, second-half, bonus and commission runs are separate payroll types, so a mid-month advance does not distort the month-end statutory figures.

After committing a run, payment goes out as a bank file — the major Malaysian banks' formats are built in — and the statutory side follows: EPF, SOCSO, EIS and PCB submissions, receipts, payslips and the EA form at year end. A completed payroll can also post straight into AutoCount cloud accounting instead of being keyed in twice.
