Time and Attendance — AutoCount HRMS

Shifts, schedules and lateness rules; clock-ins from biometric devices, the browser or a phone with geolocation; and attendance that flows into payroll as worked days, absences and overtime instead of being retyped.

Shifts define the hours and breaks; rules define what counts as late, early out or incomplete; and the schedule assigns them per employee per date — including flexible shifts, where a shortfall is judged on hours worked rather than a fixed clock-out. Records come in from time-clock devices, the browser, or mobile clock-in with the location captured.

An employee who disputes a day raises an adjustment request through the approval chain rather than an email; a supervisor sees the team's day at a glance; and the month's outcome — worked days, absences, unpaid leave, overtime at work-day, rest-day and holiday rates — flows into the payroll run.

The feature list above is read from the product's own access-right catalogue — the list that governs what each user may open — so it describes what exists, not what a brochure hopes.
